Whether you need routine maintenance or specialized cleaning, we’ve got you covered.
We offer several options for clients who prefer to be/not be home during cleanings. Some options for method of access are to provide a key (kept in our secure office lockbox), door/garage code, lockbox on the property. If you prefer to be at home, we are happy to clean certain areas either first or last to minimize any disruption.
We fully train our teams to ensure they have the skills, tools, and resources to ensure exceptional results. For each cleaning, our team supervisors conduct a 58-point inspection to verify that the job meets our standards and that nothing is overlooked. We motivate our employees by providing performance-based incentives that reward quality work.
We have a dedicated office staff customer service team who are available Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm. At Heavenly Maids, we only want clients to use our service if they are completely satisfied with our service, therefore there are no contracts or obligations.

Rather than booking one-time visits, we can set up a cleaning routine that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. With flexible scheduling options, we offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly (every 2 weeks), or monthly (every 4 weeks) cleanings, keeping your home or office consistently clean, fresh, and well-maintained. And with a recurring plan, you’ll have a dedicated cleaning team who knows your space, preferences, and priorities—ensuring consistently excellent results every time.
Heavenly Maids Cleaning Service offers both one-time cleaning services and flexible recurring cleaning schedules, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly appointments, tailored to meet your needs.
Payment for cleanings are due on the day of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, or you can also pay by cash or check (to the cleaning team). Our office can let you know the total amount due, and there are no additional taxes or hidden fees.
Gratuities are not required but still appreciated by your cleaning team

We do our best to schedule your cleaning at a time/day that works for you. Contact us today, and we’ll schedule your service at the earliest available opening to meet your needs.
Absolutely! We will always do our best to schedule your service(s) according to your needs and convenience. If you need multiple jobs done on the same day, we will do our best to accommodate the best schedule for all the services you need.
No problem, we just ask that you give us at least 48 business hours of notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. If you are able to provide us notice within that time, there are no cancellation fees.

No, we bring all the supplies and equipment needed to do a thorough cleaning of your space, so you can just relax and enjoy!
While we do provide all of the equipment and supplies needed to clean your space, we are happy to use any product/equipment you prefer to provide. Just let our Customer Service Team know and we will be happy pass on the instructions to your cleaning team.
We use sustainable, non-toxic cleaning solutions to protect both the environment and the health of our clients and their families. We carefully select products for their natural ingredients and proven effectiveness — delivering a deep, healthy clean without harmful chemicals.
Because the duration of a cleaning session depends on the size and condition of the property, the cleaning session time varies depending on each home/office. We provide Free In-Home Estimates for recurring services, and our Estimator will be able to provide an estimated cleaning time during the estimate. For one-time services, we can provide an estimated time when booking.
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our services! If anything was missed or not cleaned properly, please give us a call within 24 hours and we will send out a team to make it right.
Yes! A fully trained Certified Technician (with over 10 years of experience) will perform specialized air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning to improve indoor air quality and reduce energy costs, as well as prevent potential fire hazards.
A fully trained and Certified Technician (with over 20 years of experience) will perform specialized low-moisture encapsulation carpet cleaning and hot water extraction (steam cleaning), effectively removing dirt, allergens, and stains while ensuring quick drying times.
Heavenly Maids Cleaning Service provides professional pressure-washing services for patios, driveways, decks, and exterior walls, effectively removing dirt, mold, and grime to restore the look of your outdoor spaces. We also offer professional window cleaning, patio cleaning and outdoor kitchen cleaning as well.
While our team may tidy up a few items here and there as needed, their main focus is delivering a quality, detailed cleaning. To help them do their best work, we recommend organizing or decluttering your space beforehand. That allows our team to concentrate on scrubbing, sanitizing, and making your home shine.
Our cleaning teams consist of 2 or 3 team members to ensure that your home is cleaned in a timely and orderly manner. All our team members are fully trained, bonded, insured, and covered my worker’s compensation and liability insurance, to ensure your peace of mind when we enter your home!
That’s no problem for us! We provide all our employees with non-slip shoe covers to only be worn indoors, for clients who do not want shoes worn in the home. If you would like your cleaning team to wear shoe covers during your cleaning, just let our Customer Service Team know and we will happily let your team know.
Absolutely! If you would like to request that your cleaning team wear face masks during your cleaning, just let our Customer Service Team know and they will happily pass those instructions on to the cleaning team.
